Dad, wife and two brothers are headed out. My multi hasn’t hit the mail box yet so looks like I’m a spectator.

Sitting out the first half of early archery for deer.  Got plenty of  options at the back end.

Good luck out there.  Watch out for fawns with does.  I watched a lone doe for 15 mins this am and finally 2 fawns came out of the treeline to her.

.
We have 2 does that each had twins this year.
.
Only time we have seen the fawns is on camera, or at night.
.
The does?
Almost every day..

Would not be shooting any does this time of year! We have multiple does with twins and a few with triplets

Got a lot of things going on in Sept, decided to sit out archery season this year and instead I'm hunting elk with the muzzy (drew a cow tag) and rifle deer. Been about 15 years since the last time I sat out archery elk season.

Sitting out the opener as well. Mom broke her hip and I'm the lucky one spending time with her, I will say she a tough lady for being 87. After a half of hip replacement she's up and walking with a walker and cane's. I'm hoping to have her healed enough to go after deer in rifle season.

I plan on going out. Will probably take my youngest son (10) with me, and hopefully let him experience harvesting a deer. He’s almost through hunter ed, but isn’t super motivated.
When I inevitably choke to death on gummy bears, I’d simply like it said that I was “killed by bears”, and leave it at that
