The winter Rendezvous & Fur Sale is a about six months away, but it will be here before we know it.
This trapping and Hunting season think about things that you could bring to the "Fur Sale" that should bring you some extra money.
Items such as: antlers (deer, elk, moose, caribou, etc..) than there are skulls of all kinds including possum, nutria, muskrat, mink, weasel, squirrels, coyote just to name a few.
Don't forget the castor from your beaver and the beaver tails too.
As crazy as it sounds even the "Baculum's" In other words, the male penis bones.
Yes, they have a value too.
Everything is up for grabs including "
Bird Feathers" such as grouse, pheasant, turkey, even quail for you Bird Hunters.
For you WCO's take all the skulls and trails from all of your critters except the possum tails.
Predator Hunters,
you too, grab those skins, skulls and Baculum's. If you get a bobcat remember you to have to turn in the lower jaw.
We're looking at talking to more crafts people that use all of the above items so remember take that stuff it should bring you an extra dollar or two.
Oh, and don't forget to leave the feet on your animals too such as bobcat, mink, raccoons, this alone will bring you extra dollars.
OH, and don't forget to bring something for the live auction too, the association has an auction at every rendezvous/fur sale so we can pick up a few dollars to pay the bills.
