Scouting the Col. for Elk
« on: September 14, 2024, 10:59:32 AM »
Greetings fellow hunters!

Just nailed my first blacktail, so that will free my time for some scouting for the upcoming Elk tag 11/2. Thinking Quinault area, Col. Bob area never been there. New to Washington.

The best way to learn the land is to walk it. I'll try and stay away from the Park- I'm told that's off limits.

Are they bugling yet up here? They just kicked off in AZ. They're super noisy in Unit 1.

-D

Apparently I'm on the right track.

Thanks to those who messaged. Appreciate it.
