I saw one the other day that damn near caused me to vapor lock. Not too thin, not fat.......but a little fleshy and creating mini-hurricanes as motion and gravity caused the cheeks to reach maximum travel first to the left and then to the right. A wonder of nature.......not for the faint of heart.

Looks great!!  If I'm gonna do one butt.....I'm gonna do six.  Smoker has to run the same amount of time regardless and I love having vacuum packed pulled pork at my disposal.  This thread made reminded me.....I'm almost out, so I will have to fire it up after elk season to get another 6 butts in the smoker. 

Pretty sure smoked port butt / shoulder is one of my favorite meals.   :drool: :drool:
