I'm sure they will ban your brother as well when they figure out you are were working together,that's assuming brother from Georgia had a access permit.But then again all they need is a name.

Heck, just to make a point, you could have a lawyer send them a letter. That's probably what I would do, because you don't really have anything to lose at this point. I would love to see them bend on your situation (which would be entirely reasonable) and change the rules for the future. In some ways, I feel like you should always fight for what is reasonable based on the situation, and banning you for life doesn't seem reasonable when there was a hole in their rules. If they're going to not refund you because "technically they don't have to", then you "technically didn't have to check with them to do what you did"... sword cuts both ways

I can get a legal opinion that states I didn't break any rules, but if you saw the nature of their responses you'd know that they don't care and aren't letting me back in. It's their property and I can appreciate that. I'm just glad I'm not in any trouble and they didn't pull out some rule i missed. I'm 100% confident I didn't do anything wrong and 100% confident that they intend to exercise their right to keep me off their property and make some sort of an example out of me. I've got nothing to lose but time and legally fees, and nothing to gain but winning an argument i don't care to win at this point.
They allow fw cow whaler winners to hunt in there. Don't see what the big deal is. Take your trophy and run. Your not missing much as far a deer hunting so hunt somewhere else
