NOCan you not see why people are frustrated and angry about issues like this.Or is the "complexity" of the situation justification enough.

I'd bet there would be less heartburn if the gate was closed to everyone or open to everyone. The double standard is where people get upset with these things. Especially when one group advocates for gates to close out 99% of people knowing they'll still have access.
When tribes buy private land outside the rez, I get a very strong feeling that land will never be up for sale again.
