Bull elk 6x7 success in the Wenas
« on: October 22, 2024, 09:02:14 PM »
Thanks to those that helped me fill this 6x7 bull tag--especially the one who lives there in Selah.  What a dream hunt of spotting, stalking, sneaking on hand and knees to bedded down elk and finding just the antler tips of a massive 6x7 bull bedded down in the grass.  Waited 30 minutes for him to finally stand up and dropped him on the spot.  This was not just my success, thanks to all those that helped.  Enlarge bedded elk pic and look to the far left.  That was a long 30 minutes of waiting for him to stand up.
