Congrats to the wife. So she shot it on the 9th?

Yes sir. Only hunted the morning. The plan was to hunt all of Saturday and then a morning hunt Sunday before we met up with Dan-o for his permit. We were going to hunt with him for a couple of days and then return for the last five days of swakane. Both hunts, hers and dans ended up being one day hunts but they were both great hunts and you just couldn’t pass either deer up.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

Every father should remember that one day his children will follow his example instead of his advice.

Congratulations
I was just thinking of the Swakane and whom had the late Rifle tag?? Taking a kid out tomorrow for his first archery deer hunt. Looks like some bucks moving in.

Great work
