Charlie is a good guy, he likely got over booked, over worked and overwhelmed!
We all have been in the place where we just can’t make tails from heads…I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt that he got into that corner.
There is zero doubt that he did quality work!
Everyone needs a break to regroup once in a while. Let’s hope he gets things sorted out and gets back into it…his quality work benefits all of us if he does! 
I get it. I've been there. Honestly, I'm not that worried about it. If I were, I'd have been knocking on his door, or had someone else mount it years ago. He really should return calls and at least offer refunds and hides back. Well, I doubt any hides that old are good anymore. Obviously, I didn't leave him the horns, and they look fine on the garage wall.
