Trapline Taxidermy
« on: November 21, 2024, 01:18:38 PM »
Someone recommended Trapline Taxidermy out of Cle Elum to me for a whitetail that I got this year. Does anyone have experience with them?

I dropped a buck off there last week, based on a couple recommendations.

He had lots of animals in work, and they looked great.  He had deer, elk, goats, sheep, antelope, and some African plains game under work.

I was super impressed with how He (TJ) runs his business.
He has a great intake process, he clearly does some great taxidermy just looking at all the critters he was working on, and he was super friendly and communicative for a guy like me that has never had any taxidermy work done before.

I don't have any of his work hanging in my house - yet - but he sure left me with a great impression.
Hope this helps.

Trapline is a member here and a site sponsor. If you look through his posts, you'll see several examples of his work.
My buddy has had some work done by him and has nothing but good to say about him and his work.

I’ve had two deer done and have two more being worked on with another on the books. Great overall person. Runs his shop very professionally. I would highly recommend him.

He did a cougar mount for me. I am extremely happy with it. His turn around time was impressive, communication was excellent and I can't say enough about the quality.

Another vote for Tejay and his work.  He did my 1/2 mount black bear and was beyond happy with his work.

I don't recall exactly.
I want to say August/Sept.
I haven't even bugged TeJay, in an effort to let him work.
