I have used Mt. View periodically over the past 30 years. My only complaint is costs of products like sausage or jerky. Other than this, they always do a great job.
Steve and Kathy are great people.

 :yeah: We take all of our waterfowl there at the end of the season to have pepperoni made and have never had a complaint other than cost.

Just cause your great people don’t make you a good house keeper is all I’m saying. Clean work area  really reflects on end product In my opinion. Anyone can do what they want I like doing all of my own cuts , sausage , and jerky. To each is own
