What will these guys do when they ban baiting?   Just sit ladders out in the middle of a yard for folks to stand on.   :sry:

To add to the topic, this outfitter told a friend of mine to shoot a [emoji[emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6]]]] point blacktail out of the local church parking lot. “Just gotta be quick about it” like i said before, the write up above is almost word for word identical to his explanation.

Is there no specific licensing for guide services?  Can anyone off the street just get a business license and start doing it?  Specific licensing could possibly weed out a lot of these guys.

Anyone off the street can obtain a business license, unfortunately.

But just like in any field of business, there are ethical business owners and a small percentage are crooks.

True - anyone can get a business license and start charging money for crap services.  But, my question is - Is there a specific additional license for guiding?  Engineers, hairdressers, appraisers, etc. have to have an additional license.  Sometimes they care considered 'professional' licenses.  I checked the WA state dept of licensing website and their appears to be no such license for hunting guides.  Seems like there should be given the exposure/liability involved.  :dunno:

I found the hunt online. He has a professional looking  web site. I called and he answered all the standard questions. I don't think she was a Hooker but IM hoping the busted up mini van we were al riding in gave here a clue. Guy should go to jail.
