Looking for a gunsmith around Olympia that can thread a barrel. Anyone know of anyone?

In Shelton, used him to shorten & recrown a barrel about 4 years or so ago.  Did nice work and was fairly affordable at the time.

I've used Silencer Central

From their web page:

I think I paid about $150 when it was all said and done.  (You don't need to buy a Silencer from them, this is a stand alone service that they offer).
