after going through that much trouble why wouldn't you just take the bear? why leave it? i guess you have to be a real piece of sh!t to under stand why a poacher does what he does in the first place

That's CRAP !!!! Nice that you found it and reported it. Hopefully the WDFW has the time to sit and watch the bagged bear and bust those F"ers.....I have no patients for that crap !!!!!

You may wish to contact wildlife, there may be some transient evidence present which may help with a prosecution....evidence that may get scattered or destroyed.
I would recommend calling wildlife and reporting it.
