Well I talked to the wife about this and I told her if it passes I will be in jail. We live on SS and I been collecting firearms my whole life. I am not doing this.. period.

Someone can correct me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure that the penalty is a civil infraction. Basically like driving without liability insurance. Still crazy though.

Right now maybe. If they somehow manage to pass this garbage legislation I’d bet my paycheck they’ll be looking to increase the penalty in the not so distant future

I oppose the bill and added some comments. I received an email back from Sam Lowe, stating he opposes the bill for all the same reasons I had written.

If you haven’t seen the writing on the wall they aren’t going to stop. And I am not going to comply with any of their unconstitutional laws. The power lies with the people not politicians so don’t comply with Unconstitutional laws or orders.
