This is another bad bill
 In a nutshell, it gives washington state and local health officials  the ability to mandate control over how "communicable diseases" are managed.

Imagine giving up your right to a choice of how you take care of yourself when you're sick, or what vaccines you choose to take or not, to the state of washington.... no thanks

Especially when the next "virus" pops up.
