Got any access to crab? If so, grill that bad boy up and slice into steaks. Top steaks with crab and Bearnaise sauce for some of the best steak oscar you'll ever have. Some potatoes and asparagus or something for sides and you're set. My wife's #1 "special occasion" favorite
