Had a Sig 365 but went away from it, nice pistol, but have a HK CC9 with Red dot coming.
Lots of positive reviews, will be my everyday carry. 10 and 12 round magazines available for it. I know.... no 12 round in WA state,
I will not comply

Not comply with what? You won’t be able to buy them in WA if that’s not complying. But I’m pretty sure that’s not what you mean.
(They’re legal to own and use, not legal to sell in WA)

Legally, you can not buy a magazine with a capacity of more than 10 rounds out of state and then bring it back into the State and possess or use. As I said before…..
