Nope. 10 rounds max. It would likely have to be a mag with a permanent plug to limit to 10 if allowed for sale in WA.

Well it’s legal if you owned it before the law passed.

No.

It still has an internal magazine, that magazine has capacity of more than 10, and the state's ban on "large capacity" makes no exceptions for fixed or internal magazines except for certain tube magazines.

RCW 9.41.010:

(25) "Large capacity magazine" means an ammunition feeding device with the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds of ammunition, or any conversion kit, part, or combination of parts, from which such a device can be assembled if those parts are in possession of or under the control of the same person, but shall not be construed to include any of the following:

(a) An ammunition feeding device that has been permanently altered so that it cannot accommodate more than 10 rounds of ammunition;
(b) A 22 caliber tube ammunition feeding device; or
(c) A tubular magazine that is contained in a lever-action firearm.

Legal to buy/sell or legal to own?
:fire.:

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

Legal to buy/sell or legal to own?

Buy: yes

Sell: no (this is why the buyer can’t find someone to sell it to you)

Own: yes

Bummer.  I thought Keltec might have found a work around.

Thanks for the replies.

It is legal under the State and US Constitution but we are currently being controlled by Marxist scum.

If I need a permit and education to buy a firearm than women should need a permit and education  before getting an abortion.

Voting for Democrats is prima facie evidence you are a skirt wearing, low T, beta male. Do better.
