It was anything but a feed lot. Free range Stags on 10k acres. It was simply a target rich environment.  He manages his property well.

Oh no, I knew kinda what you were getting at. I just didn't want folks thinking it was a "caged hunt". That was one of the reasons I went. I don't cate much for the release em and shoot em type hunts. The other thing that was important to me was that the meat doesn't go to waste. Since it would have been a logistics nightmare to try and bring it back. All meat, except what we ate there was donated to charity.
