« on: May 06, 2025, 08:22:09 AM »
Guess I need to brush up on how to id deer.
Maybe this is why they think cwd is spreading.....or are deer jumping on the identity confusion bandwagon....

So confused ...

Looks like WDFW employees need to take a species identification test for deer before they are hired, or at least the one that is involved with their graphic art

It kind of does look like a fork coming off the main beam on the left side. :dunno:

It’s clearly a white tail but I agree. If it wasn’t for how out of touch wdfw presents itself I’d assume it was someone like me who just didn’t look close enough and feels like an idiot now.

They definitely should before writing any policies regarding ungulates.

WDFW got the deer ID correct and ergulations.com's caption is wrong.

That's even more concerning.
Shouldn't eregulation's be reproducing exactly what DFW sends them..
Is anyone with DFW proof reading e regulations to make sure nothing else was added or subtracted..
