What would you hunt with this ammo?

Barnes just released their new Harvest Collection" line of ammunition.
Here are all the details about available cartridges, the bullets this ammo is loaded with, how two different loads performed for me at the range, and how those loads performed in ballistic gel.
What game would you feel comfortable hunting with this ammunition? And what cartridge would you use?

I've got a bunch of 140grain Sierra TGK loaded for my 7x57, a bit hotter than what the book list. Tried using them last year but did not get the opportunity for a shot at an elk.
 
Will attempt again this year, if YTC opens up.
