Wife and I made a quick trip down to Utah for her tag this fall to get a lay of the land and look at deer. What we saw is something I’ll never forgot or probably get to witness again. There were bucks laying everywhere! It was crazy to see so many bucks and nice ones in bowrange with no care. Unit is very odd as the bucks stay on top in summer and it’s super flat at 8k feet with ponderosa pines. You just drive around and look at deer  :chuckle: . Saw 60 bucks Saturday , Friday we saw 9 as we were figuring it out. Then driving out today we saw 16. Put 280 dirt road miles on truck and 2,400 round trip.

Very nice bucks! That's gonna cost you some sleep until that hunt comes around! Enjoy!

Great pictures thanks for sharing. I was in Utah for a wedding and was amazed at all the deer I saw on a hike near a ski resort. Plenty of bucks and does chilling out in the open. Can’t wait to hear about your wife’s hunt!

Nice 6 point, shaggy cinnamon phase bear, and a cougar.
One shot, one Deer. Two shots, maybe one Deer. Three shots, no Deer
