Thanks for the excellent write up. I was glued to the story the whole way. Of course that is a masher bull and to do it all solo is incredible.
Sidenote: A guy drew the tag with 5 points? Gives me hope! Thanks again!

Ended up getting my elk back already! Pretty quick… Not the ideal spot on the wall, but will do for now.
The mount is a wall pedestal, so the wall hook is essentially on his left shoulder. The back (that normally touches the wall) is rock.
