Palouse/Mica (GMU 127) Access for Trades Work
« on: June 12, 2025, 12:00:59 PM »
I have 90 acres of timber and wetlands in southern Spokane County (near Spangle, WA) with access to several hundered acres of adjacent timber and farm land.  My family all struck out on late buck tags this year and we are in the process of building a house.  I could use some help completing my project and there may be some on here who drew tags and looking for spots to hunt.  Since we won't be hunting the late rifle tags, lets make a deal.  Main areas of interest are Plumbing, Electrical, Septic, Concrete, and Metal Roofing/Siding, but will consider offers from anyone in the construction industry.  Building is underway, so work would need to be done over the summer.  Also have a good number of pheasants and quail and some ponds on the property, so upland and waterfowl access would also be an option.  Shoot me an offer and your credentials.

I love to see this kind of thing instead of paying for access. It restores my faith in the humanity a bit.

Heading that way tomorrow for a long weekend scouting trip combined with a cousin's wedding on Saturday in Idaho. Could make some time to lend a hand if still needed. PM sent with cell # if you're available to connect.

Thanks,
HH
