Elk Yakisoba

anyone else like Yakisoba? I made Elk steak Yakisoba last night for dinner with red and green peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, garlic and Yakisoba noddles, it was awesome!!

Thats a full plate.  You musta been real hungry.  Looks yummy though.
This was one of those plate fulls you get and you know you shouldn't eat it all, but in the end the only thing left on the plate is a few chunks of vege's and you feel like your going to die, that's what happened here.

I don't have any Elk but i sure think it's good with whitetail. looks really tasty. :drool:
