Do you have the wings of angels?On that rocky of ground I cannot imagine getting within 50 yards. How long of a shot is typical for you? (For reference, 50-yards is my absolute limit.)

(For reference, 50-yards is my absolute limit.)I shot this Buck at 58 yards as he stood up from his bed. It was impossible to get any closer. For me the perfect distance on a Goat is around 40. Any closer and I really have trouble getting drawn. For me the 2 most important things I look for in a stalk are a Buck by himself and topo/terrain features. Without topo its borderline impossble. Ill pass up stalks on Bucks all day just waiting for one thats actually stalkable
