Chef in AEB-L, Copper, G10

Finished this Chef up a week ago, last knife of the summer. It was waterjet in my 8in pattern AEB-L with a flat grind, handrubbed finish, 15 degree sharpening angles, copper dovetailed bolsters, and Tiffany blue G10. Available with free shipping in the lower 48 for $290. Turned out well, ready to be enjoyed in the kitchen!
