Hey Piano! Put me on your call list! You got my number already. It would take me a couple hours to get up to the Gorge from the Willamette Valley, but I know the Wind River valley etc. pretty well. GO GET ONE! Don't get too picky about the bony bits above the ears...
Anyone else even close? I sure might need the help. Thanks.
If you're in a pinch, give a call, John. Can't be primary, but I got family down there and two boys that might be able to do a quick run from here. Won't leave you hangin' if you're in a bind!
Sent you a message- I’m available to help.

Glad you had some good time to see the woods and clear the brain.I saw too few critters as well but had some good days to wander in the woods and clear the brain. Back to work Monday I guess.I brought several types of mushrooms out and we ate a few in camp. Also found we have been seeing blue chantrelles just never knew what they were. But refuse to eat them based on color alone
A few I saw

Those don't look like blues. Do they have gills underneath or sponge like a bolete? Actually, they could be blues if they have gills. You pictures are of a very early bloom if they are.
Nice COW. Are the leaves still moist?
