Colyak in Richland is your only option. 10-60 yard targets, 3D section, you have to be a member I believe. From Pasco, go over Richland bridge, get on 240/Bypass to Van Giesen. Turn left onto Van Giesen, Go a few hundred yards and turn left on Hall rd. Go to end, turn right into large parking area and go to far end. You'll see the benches and targets.

I hate to give inaccurate information so i may be wrong...I've always thought, per the agreement that the club has with the city of Richland, the 3d range is only open to non members on Sunday but the target range with structures you see at the end of the parking lot is open to non members all the time? Again i could be wrong. You could always call the club up and ask.I really want to direct you to public land along the Pasco/Kahlotus Highway , specifically at the end of Martindale road where you could throw your target up wherever, but because it is hunting season I would hate to see you get in trouble because of some technical snafu. Game wardens like to patrol the GMU's along the Snake River regularly. Use your own judgement there.
