25 WA blacktail

Phenomenal frame on this blacktail, congrats! What are your thoughts on his age? Pics can be deceiving but that face makes me think he’s not to his prime yet.

I'm nearly 100% certain he's 4.5, so I'd say in his first prime year based on previous bucks I've watched grow.

I drew a late blacktail “rut tag “ with only a few days to hunt before Montana snd literally not seeing jack up in the snow yesterday I rattled this buck in and didn’t pass him , not huge but a fun hunt

Kodiak Island Sitka Blacktail. :P  Harvested November 2nd. Now on to late buck since I missed the last week of the regular deer rifle season in WA.
