So far mines been  the complete opposite of success >:(  sick 2 + days :o, dead camper battery :bash:, and then today 6 hours of trying to fix a water system leak in 2 different parking lots :bash: :bash: :bash:.. Back home now from Grays Harbor County and will give the repair one more shot before throwing the towel in.   If so,  may try some local deer/ bear hikes... or fix the boat and chase some bass.

:hello: Regardless, good luck folks.  Some good critters so far

I just got back from round 2 in eastern Oregon and still have a tag in my pocket.  Bulls are very nervous and not bugling much at all.  You might get a few bugles out of them and that is it.  Then found some fresh what appears to be wolf scat that might explain things.

Got this guy to come in to a bugle September 14 last day of my hunt.  I hunted since the opener and they were quiet, and just like that after 4 years I got my first elk.  The wife thinks I scratched that itch but I’m more obsessed now than I ever
