2025 fishing season wrap up
« on: September 16, 2025, 06:02:56 AM »
The 2025 season for me was a good year. A lot of fun and a lot of memories made. Here are some highlights. I fish mostly Neah Bay but also took a trip to Ilwaco and hope to get one more in this Saturday down south.

Nice job this year Joe.  You must be loving the boat upgrade.  Did you get your uncle out for tuna this year?

I haven’t been able to get on the water with him for a few years. I do pit stop his place on my way through when I can. The new boat is a tank, it handles water way tougher than I can but it’s going to take me this winter to dial it in to my standards.

Hey! I'm not a complete idiot I have parts missing. Though sometimes I wonder.

Last run of the year is in the books. We started off hot with 5 in the boat in the first half a hour then the second bait stop we put 18 more in the boat. Great day and plenty to go around. Thanks @Brushcrawler for making the trip and being the best deckhand.

Incredible trip! Fish on the plugs, on the metal jigs, on the swimbaits and wide open a few times on the live bait. Cutting fish all day today.
There is not enough wilderness left in the world, or in the hearts of men.

That underwater pic is awesome!
Fish is giving the lure side stinky eye, while the one behind is saying, "either hit it or get out the way"!
 :chuckle:
Great pic!
