I am helping a friend who is drew a cow tag. He is a first time hunter but life long gun enthusiast and shooter. As luck would have it, he drew a tag his first year applying. We live in the Wenatchee valley and are not familiar with the area. On OnX it looks like most of the unit is private. If anyone could offer suggestions or a contact of a land owner that would let him access their property it would be greatly appreciated. For those who are familiar with the area, are there any certain areas to pay attention to and scout? Thank you!
