I'm no blacktail expert but this is what I know about rubs at my place.  These have been here since early September.  As you can see they only about 50 yards from the house.  Haven't noticed an increase but they've been here for almost 2 months

Ya
Pre rut cruising right now
The low pressure system on Thursday combined with good rut activity should make this weekend really good.

I've seen elk around my property but never on it.  Blacktail for sure...second year they've been using the same set of trees.  Got trail cam picks of three different 4 points and two 3x2's.  They come up and eat the wife's flowers

Well hit the woods this am. first light til 10am.  saw 4-5 does none with bucks.  On the way home about 10 miles from the house I see a small buck tailing a doe at 11am just off a main residential street.  in Pierce County.

They're starting to cruise here in my neck of the woods in the SW corner, although I have yet to see one worth punching my tag on. Sucks having to be at work!!

They are definitely cruising. I am seeing buck tracks of deer running. But haven’t found a buck with a doe yet. Only buck I have found my wife shot which was all by itself last week.

Saw a buck chasing does on my way to work yesterday so took today off and found him chasing three does right to me and shot him. Stunk bad and had one of the bigger necks I’ve seen in a while.
