so if i shoot a buck or bull, in a 100 gmu, and i want to European it, i have to cape the head, pull out the eyes and some how remove the brain

The idiots that proposed the bill and passed it are beyond stupid. The CWD positive areas could have been treated the same as last year and baiting remained in the other areas. The rule that I can kill a deer in that CWD positive tested area and travel ALL OVER the 100 series units with it completely disregards CWD control measures. If they gonna play the game, the should use common sense.
