Haven't seen this posted yet and it's the first I've heard of it. Go comment against Mission Ridge ski resort expanding into more wildlife habitat in the Colockum. Public comment period closes tomorrow at 5 PM.

Thanks for posting this! I commented against this today as well.
We need all the winter range we can save for our wildlife! This is the last thing WA natural resources needs.

In addition to the habitat and wildlife concerns, One way in-and-out in a high fire-prone area with thousands more people up there isn't a risk worth taking

Plenty of places on the wet side to do this that would have a lot less impact on wildlife.

On one hand, I love skiing at Mission and wouldn't mind more terrain. Not a fan of the plan to add all the housing though. Keep Mission a small, mostly locals mountain!
