Turkey Summer Sausage

15 pound of wild turkey breast 5 pounds of pork.  Used Hi Mountains Home Sausage Making Kit.  4 big sticks and one small one.  Cure in the fridge over night and in the smoker in the morning.

Done.  Very good.  On smoker at 225 till internal temp hit 165 and ice bath to stop cooking.  Cut them un half,vacuum seal and going in the freezer except a couple going to turkey hunting trip this weekend.
