Mixed bag in ND
« on: November 10, 2025, 10:38:41 PM »
Took 10 days off to chase whitetail and pheasant out in NoDak. Weather sucked, 45mph winds, rain, and hail made for a tough hunt (especially from a saddle). Passed up a nice 130” class 8pt broadside at 30yds hoping for something bigger, and ended up having to poke a doe on the last night to fill the freezer.

Got a few days to get out in the fields with my grandfathers LC Smith 16ga, and my new CZ 28ga. Upland and small game will never grow old to me.
