Looking off my daughter’s deck.
I’m not a score guy, but curious about this one.  :dunno:

Looks to be 170 plus easy enough.  180? Lack of eyeguards is gonna hurt a bit though!

It is a nice looking buck. Good back forks for the G2, Im going with 16" G2's. Decent G3's but not spectacular. I am thinking 8" on both the G3's and G4's.
He seems to be lacking length on the main beams, I estimate 25" beams. Conservative mass measurements at 4" each and a 22" inside spread.
I come up with right at 160" gross. Of course if I have shorted him an inch on the tine lengths that would put him closer to 170.

I’m gonna guess right around 170. From the photo he’s  a little wider in the spread credit but a touch weak in the fronts, although the photo may be deceiving since there isn’t a side view. I am almost positive he wouldn’t touch 180.

Mid to Upper 160’s … lack of mass and eye guards keep him from breaking the 170’s

The photo DOES DO IT justice enough. I have shot a couple in the 180 inch plus range, a couple in the 170's, and four others in the 160's. That buck in your picture is def a 170 plus buck.  When those forks start to get wave'y on the ends. you know your dealing with a nice buck. Actually I just went and looked at that photo again and my guess is 180 plus (gross).

That is a darn nice buck that anyone would be happy to harvest.  Score be dammmned.......some folks get to wrapped up in numbers.  The only number I would care about with that buck, is the number of dollars it would take to taxidermy a nice mount of him.   :chuckle: :chuckle:

Great photo of a really nice buck.
