What a beautiful buck!
The outfitter I guided for (about a million years ago) got one like that. The rack had been sun bleached in his front room, so he loaned it to me to restore. (Came out great, black walnut stain, a little polishing...) It was a deep forked, eye guarded, 4x4 like that, 31" wide. What a magnificent set of horns! This buck could have been his great great great great grandson!

Dang that is NICE!
That's about as pretty a buck as they get. Bigger, wider, heavier horned sure but they don't get much prettier then that at least to my eyes they don't. VERY nice!

Another beautiful buck. Two years ago on the late archery hunt, I spotted a very large buck in a basin . He was weak from the rut and moving pretty slow. The snow was deep so I waited to see what he was going to do. He finally went up on the ridge and bedded in the deep snow his body was completely hidden, laying his head on top of the snow. His antlers were skylined on the ridge and looked like a giant bush with no leaves on it from across the basin. I could not see points but definitely see he was a whopper.
