Should be under $30. Of course, my truck tabs went up this year, so maybe a little higher. Sorry, my tabs on my quad aren't due until October.

The state will jack you for sales tax the first time you register it, so be prepared for that.  The amount you pay is based on the value you claim for it.

i bought a quad for 4500 a couple weeks ago, and by the time all was said and done with the tax title fees and other *censored* my totakl price was 5019. you might be less though if not from a dealer. and remember the "correct" or "as is"  :chuckle:sale price on the bill of sale. you only pay tax on the price shown on the bill of sale. :tung:

Mine cost me $21 this year, and they do not go by the price on the title any more, they go by Asessed Value (bule book). If the "BB" is less then what they have in the computer you have to prove it.

I payed $500 for a truck and was charged tax on the value of it ($1400). I had to get a paper signed from the previos owner that the truck was not worth the BB value, and explain why. A bunch of hops to save $100 on taxes.

Found out that I already paid for it.  Way too much paper work and information overload.  I'll have pic's soon.  Got to get it dirty first. :chuckle:
