That is nothing but straight sportsmen harassment! That is a federal crime, enacted back in the 1980’s. It carries a term of minimum of 1 year is prison and a possible fine of $1000. Speed dial sheriff, or game warden. I know all about it because I had bunch of PETA idiots follow my partner about 40 miles from the paved road in their car. We had stopped to check something and they ran into the trailer hitch, when we pulled away from their car it ripped out the radiator. We told them we would call a tow truck to get them, we did the next day when we left. They were arrested by the local sheriff and we had to go to trial to convict them.
