F'ers
, oh well it was only 10 extra bucks, but still a little heads up that it was closed in those areas would of been nice!!!

Pretty sure thats a misprint, why would they only close down 2 units? Besides they really have no idea how many cougars there are in this state, they think the populations are declining.

There aren't many units open to general season cougar in the Yakima area. Probably the year I will see one too.

go to wdfw and hunting reg's and look at the corrections....
Corrections announced on May 13, 2009
• General Cougar Seasons (page 50)
o The comma between GMUs 328 and 368 for the South Cascades, Blue Mountains,
Kittitas-Yakima, Spokane Hunt Zone should be replaced with a dash. GMUs 328 through
368 are open for the general cougar season.

not to be a smart @$$ in my first post but, you guys think you have it bad? I live about 30miles north of the fruits and nuts capital of Liberalifornia. There is some of the best hunting country I have seen all around me but, all the land owners look at me like im speaking swahealy (sp) when i ask permission.
I'll trade yah...
