Quality Butcher Shops????
« on: July 06, 2009, 03:44:10 PM »
I wanted to see if anyone had any good butcher shops they would like to recommend.  I took my duck / goose to Butcher Boys in Vancouver, WA this last year and the peperoni turned out awsome.  Wasn't sure if they threw out my duck and goose and used something else.  Just kidding about that, but they do, do good work.
