Big 3 Raffle Tickets

OK... lets make a list of them....

And... generally speaking... if a Non-res draws them... are they good with the $5 ticket price or do they have to buy that states hunting license or what???

Montana's raffle tickets for sheep/goat/moose have closed...drawing next week.
