this post is just to remind me to post my cousin's bull when I get home tonight.  I keep forgetting to do so.  He actually has two freaks, but I think I only have pics of the second one.   :bash:

I see bucks on the palouse all the time still in velvet during pheasant season. I think they ruin their nuts jumping the fences.
If its brown knock it down

This is the bull I mentioned earlier - the antlers were actually slightly sideways to the skull plate.  We think that he got hit by a car when young and he also had hoof rot  in one foot.

Saw this guy today.  My son and I spotted him across the canyon and stalked to within 40 yards for the pics

couple more of the deer.

The thing had a huge body.  1.5 inches of fat on the back.  I'm guessing 300# on the hoof.  And this was shot in October, after all the others had lost thier velvet making him even more freaky.

That's pretty cool.  Did he have nuts?  Lotta times bucks that look like that (freaks, velvet in OCT, etc..) are stags...

This is a pronghorn I saw last year on a neighboring property, couldn't shoot him.  :(
