Great fisherie, Me and my familey ususally head over that way this time of year but couldnt get the time off. We usually just fish for bass and crappie but have caught numerous walleye fishing the dike at night with crank baits. There couldnt be a better topwater bite along the dam in the evenning though. Caught 6 pound smallies and largies on topwater. I love Mardon its one of the best fisheries around by far!

I havent fished potholes in a few years, but with this warm weather I'm sure the bite is on.
