there's fish in the river. you're gonna want to concentrate above fall city. david powell road out of fall city allows good access, the hatchery has good access and plum landing is good.
i'll be out of town otherwise we could have hooked up for a float. maybe next time.
you might be better off driving 25 miles or so north and hit the sky. it's about a 30 minute drive to monroe and then from there however far you want to run upriver.
