Just had to share with someone (or lots of someone's) that might understand.

Got a leupold rifleman from wallmart for $200 a few weeks ago. During my sight in visit out in the hills I lost a cap for the adjustment things. Sent them an email asking about how to order a replacement saturday, today I got a response.

I can't be the only one that's lost them, when I worked at a local gun range there was a box full of them that people forgot on their benches.


But, yeah... sometimes I'm an idiot (see my in need of a plumber, or the things I've learned deer hunting, or questions about bear hunting thread)

I had the same experience with them when I lost the lens covers for my binoculars.  I sent them an email on Thursday night asking where I could buy a new set, and 2 sets of lens covers were in my mailbox on Saturday via overnight mail.

They're the only brand I buy, now.

They must have mailed mine out the same day. Didn't even ask me for $$ to ship 'em.  I sent the customer cervix rep an email with a link to the thread on this site where I praised them for their quick service.  Such companies deserve to hear good feedback as an encouragement to not go cheap in that area in the future.  Thanks Leupold!

I have also lost the caps, left them on the hood of the truck and drove home.... Same story, they mailed them out pronto. I was ready to send them a check for the service. Awesome company. Their good customer service works.....I will continue to buy Leupold.

I was going to start a new thread than found this one. Bought my kid a new pair of bino's about a year ago, him or the wife knocked them off of his dresser. Couldn't get the right side to focus, and lost the end piece off of the center focus. Called cs they said send them in, were shipped out last tues. recieved a brand new pair this morning.  :twocents:

I have a pair of leupold/ wind river 10x50 mesa's. I have had them for 4 or 5 years and i have had trouble with the screw up eye pieace breaking or waring out.I sent the binos back 3 times with a letter saying whats wrong and they send me back new pair every time. :twocents: Awsome company and optics!
